Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to the following rules and regulations, designed to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our guests.

Reservations

• Reservations are confirmed only after full payment (100% of the booking amount).

Occupancy

• Each room accommodates a maximum of two persons.
• An additional guest will incur extra charges.

Refund Policy

• Canceled reservations will be refunded after deducting a 35% administrative fee.
• Refunds are processed within 2 to 4 weeks.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the hotel without prior notice before 4:00 PM will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

Check-In Policy

• International guests must provide a photocopy of their international passport during check-in.
• Local guests must present a valid means of identification.
• Early check-in before 12:00 PM is subject to room availability.
• Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM.

Check-Out Policy

• Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Late check-outs:
• Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM: 50% of the standard room rate.
• After 3:00 PM: Full room rate applies.

Other Policies

• Smoking is prohibited in rooms and other indoor areas (penalty: NGN50,000).
• Guests are responsible for any property damage caused during their stay.
